Wanner Investment Group is not responsible if the capital raising process is not successful. The final evaluation, decision to finance a project, and disburse funds is carried out exclusively by the investment fund and/or capital managers.

• Wanner Investment Group’s commission is success based. All commission payments are due at the first disbursement.
• No advance payments are requested for our business consulting services.
• If someone requests money in advance on behalf of our company, we would appreciate it if you informed us by email at contact@actualizacion2.wannerinvestmentgroup.com or communicating with us at the contact numbers found on our website.
• Our only official website is www.wannerinvestmentgroup.com
• When making the due diligence payment for the XL program, this payment is made directly to the external institution that will be hired to carry out this service.
• Wanner Investment Group has legal representation in the United States and Chile. It does not have legal representatives in any other country and does not grant brand exclusivity.
• We work with Business Facilitators who have been authorized by Wanner Investment Group and who are on our website. They only use corporate email and do not use Gmail or other types of email.
• Previously negotiated commission agreements are not accepted because they affect the fee charged by the consulting and management team.
